it is the keys..or whatever you want to call them..from the guitar belonging to guitar hero.
my brother bought guitar hero for his wife for christmas. when we were visiting this particular weekend, we all played. including my mom. she was actually pretty good!! and if you know sharon, you know she doesnt do video games :]
